The carpets at Aspen Highlands are clean and fresh. Maybe the previous anonymous posting is another unemployed, disgruntled employee. All us residents know Highlands had a waiting list last year in '05. You can't be the first tenant in '06. Go away unhappy ones... we are all comfortable here at Highlands, stop trying to make problems. We love our communitity... take your negativity away!

I agree with the complaining of the rugs in the palce. I have been there for a year now and whenever I vacuum it's all this crap in the vacuum cleaner. Also I am always congested whenever I get home so it is something in the rugs. We pay a great deal of money for these places and they put them together so cheaply. Our tiles are chipped, walls are cracked. I understand it is an apartment but come on........
