Don't move in here

Aspen Highlands looks nice at first, but there are so many little problems. Cracked walls, cracked tiles, door locks are busted, dirty hallways, and the management is never around to help out. They charge way too much for these places, I'd rather pay less and live at Pavillions next door. If you can afford more money I'd recommend Waterford Commons. I lived there for two years and the staff was great, maintenance really good, and the place was awesome. Got your own carport too with storage which was nice, plus the gym/pool. I only moved into Aspen Highlands b/c they offerred 1.5 months free rent and the place was brand new so it looked good. Well, the cheap workmanship is not holding up very well. When the wind blows you sometimes have to wonder if the roof might blow off! Parking is a pain here (although recently it seems like a lot of people moved out) and snow removal doesn't really happen until 3-4 days after the storm. The gym is not really a gym, just three machines and some weights.

ya, well, i hope they have a waiting list like apparent "management" or the like said on thier sister aspen woods board, or they'll be outta luck too. it takes time, but the larger they are, the harder they fall. glad ya'll are catchin' on. management at it's finest....between cigs of course....

Who ever wrote this review is off his/her rocker. I live at aspen highlands and its the nicest and cleanest place i have ever lived, the noise is very low, being that Ive lived the apartment life for 15 years, this is the quietest place i have ever lived. The management is as kind as can be, very laid back and friendly. cheap workmanship? what dose that mean, what an idiot. This is a great place to live. I'm on the top floor and we are having a storm today and last night, the only time I hear anything is when I open the back porch. It's sound proof. They love pets. They even have lil doggy bags for you to use and trash for the doggy bags. Very nice. It's just whinners like this person who doesnt understand apartment living. Go buy a house. BTW, the grounds or plowed and have been. It sounds more like you busted up the place and mad because they kicked you out. I cant image why there would be "Cracked walls, cracked tiles, door locks are busted", sounds like you need to go to the Pavillions next door, it would suit you better. give you something else to complain about.
