if you want to listen to the last post, that's fine. but pleeeeeeeeease listen to the previous tenants and even the current ones who aren't "friends" with management. take a look around at night and weekends. lots of partying, no parking, no amenities to speak of compared to the other communities down the street! LOOK AROUND! DON'T LET THEM SUCK YOU IN THEN THROW YOU AWAY!
