its always positive and nagative points of every property. Aspen Highlands is one of that.. I was a happy tenant in this complex but there are some nagative experiences too. I had two or three bad experiences but overall its a good apartment. specious rooms and helping staff. some times I had to call maintenance two times than they showed up. very good neighbours. convinient and quiet.
