I live at aspen highlands and its the nicest and cleanest place i have ever lived, the noise is very low, being that I've lived the apartment life for 15 years, this is the quietest place I have ever lived. The management is as kind as can be, very laid back and friendly. I'm on the top floor and we are having a storm today and last night, the only time I hear anything is when I open the back porch. It's nearly sound proof. They love pets. They even have lil doggy bags for you to use and trash for the doggy bags. Very nice.

Not sure what your smoking but everytime it's windy, it sounds like our place is about to be blown away.
