I've been here about a year and moved in from a big city setting. I actually really enjoy it here. I was nervous about moving to a new state, but it really is set back so it's off the road (great for walking pets), and the neighbors are actually really nice/cool. The noise level is close to none, and everyone is respectful of the property, so it's always helpful to see that. Mix of young families, and single working class people probably commuting to Hartford everyday. Oh ya, and again, coming from a city, what you pay here for the SIZE of the rooms is great. 1 or 2 bedrooms is sufficient in size and you won't find 990sq feet for a 1 bedroom anywhere WITH laundry included inside. Let's just say I was used to hauling piles of laundry down 3 flights of stairs in the city to a laundry mat every week. Not fun. 1 maitenence issue, called right away and they came the next day to fix it and left me a "receipt" of proof they were there. Parking is also well lit and you have to walk into the building to access your personal door. Much safer than an all open area with just your door available. That's my honest review.

everything said on the last post is true except the leasing manager at Aspen Highlands. She does not have ears for the tenants concerns and is not professional at all. You can always spot her on the phone talking in a foreign language having the tenants wait when you go to the Leasing Office with a concern. Management needs a better perso to manage the property.
