To piggy-back on the last review, don't expect your deposit back. We left the apartment virtually spotless (in my opinion), but when my wife went for the final walkthrough there were a couple of small stains that we were told could be an issue. I didn't notice any stains when I did my own walkthrough, but I understood I might have missed something. We inquired if we could try and remove the stains on our own prior to the end of our lease and we were told we could not as the stains were supposedly "unremovable." I'm not sure how someone can determine this just by looking at it, but that was our answer. Bottom line, we were charged to replace the carpet entirely which conveniently was the entire amount of our deposit - $1,250. I also think this was a scam as there was a large bleach stain on the carpet the day we moved in (three years ago) so they didn't replace the carpet from the previous renter. The other part that I don't think is right is that once the walkthrough is completed, they take your keys and that's it. I wish they would have been willing to do a preliminary walkthrough to allow for me to fix whatever they believe was "damaged." We still had two weeks left on our lease when they took the keys and said we would be charged.

Another con was that the walls didn't block any noise. I had three different neighbors during my three-year stay and I always had to complain to the office about the noise level late at night. Any music or TV noise would come right through the bedroom wall where we were sleeping.
