I'm current resident of Aspen, very nice aprtments and fairly proced no doubt about that.. but staff, horrible..no cordination , no communication..
I don't know why they don't give any copies of extensions, vacating notices,lease renewals to residents. and everytime we sign we need to stop at their office, they don't send it thorugh mail or fax..I don't know whether those documents are illegal''
they don't even send lease expiry notices to residents .. I lost about 700$ because of mis-communication from aspen.
