From the other side of the story MANAGEMENT DOES SUCK....
I broke my lease to get out of aspen and now live on the other side of the mall in LUXURY APARTMENTS..
I would rather pay more and get great service from the office, I never received that from aspen.

You all have no idea! I live over at the highlands and things are so out of control over here. First off, there is no office staff. THe note on the door says something like "call this number, we can be there in like 5 minutes". Ive never seen anything so "we dont care" in all my life. this is an apartment complex. WHen i come to see an apartment, i want the convinience of someone being in the office when i get there! So i wanted to break my lease, NOPE! not allowed. The french guy in the office says "no, no its not our responsibility". Hahahah...he says there is some 500 dollar rider you attach to your lease renewal that states you can break your lease with 60 days notice. The only thing they dont tell you is that, you have to keep paying the rent until the find someone to rent the place. So, when i move out of state, i leave my financial fate in the hands of an office staff at the highlands here that doesnt exist??!?!? wow...dont even get me started
