Living at Aspen Woods has been very nice so far, but I think they need to get their maintenance people to clean the buildings more often. Our building is dirty and the halls need painting. The front door panels are torn off and need to be replaced. A tree fell down five months ago and was never picked up. We reported these problems several times to maintenance and they never responded. What we need here is cooperation among all the neighbors, stop the complaining and start looking for solutions. We need to have tenant meetings so that we can discuss our problems in an open forum and eliminate all the rumors that are going around and never amount to any answer.

The whole purpose of this forum is to voice your opinion, good or bad, of the place you either live in or use to live in. That is what we are doing. This is so other people can make an informed decision about the place they wish to call "home". Also, since I no longer live at Aspen Woods, I don't feel the need to be a part of a tenants meeting. You are delusional if you think you'll be heard by the property management.
