It seems that there are alot of posts here from former employees (neg) and current employees (pos) dunno really I'm just going to give you my honest experience dealing with this complex. In December I toured aspen woods and put a deposit down on an apartment. I toured the model and then an empty apartment that I was told was the same lay out as my apartment. a week later i was called and told that the apartment that I was to be renting had interanl issues after the tenats moved out and that it would be months before I could move in as maint had a lot on there plate but that there was another apartment available the exact same floor plan just in another building...I said sure but I want to see the apartment before hand..the agent said that it wasn't possible as the apartment was not yet ready, I said ok, now the day of the walk through came, I of course wouldn't sign the lease until I actually saw the apartment, which seemed to aggravate the agent. When I first walked In I was very unhappy to find that it was a completely different model, and it was dirty. The maint man did say he would have them reclean it though, as I continued the walk through several things were wrong..broken outlets, closet fixtures broken, one closet shelf was intstalled at a 30 degree angle I laughed and asked him if they were going to fix it, his only reply was "thats how it was installed"...I walked out bypassed the office and drove away...I just got such a strong bait and switch feeling that I didn't go back. I didn't push for my deposit back, although I probably could have since I didn't get my original apartment...Everything just seemed so unproffessional...If you plan on moving here really do your research

HELLLLOOOOO!!!! of course you are entiled to your refund back! how the heck do you think these people are making their $$$$$, they want people to get fed up and give up. i say fight! i'm glad you figured all this out BEFORE moving in. imagine what would it be like if you did.
