ineffecient Maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
 
Maintenance staff only cares of the appearance... ignores calls for noisy AC.. broken washer drier... The door intercom system still does not function and its been more than one and a half years since the first complain...

Unnecessary fees for routine maintenance which no other apartment management charge.
