This place sucks really big time. The ladies out in the leasing office stink big time. They need to go.
1. Trash is centalized. need to carry ---- in car to the dump ...stinking the path from start to finish just like the apartments.

2. Most importantly...looks nice from outside but is cancerous inside.....

I just cannot wait to get the hell out of here.....

New prospective tenants.....Please Please run away...before you forefinger starts to stink..in this truly ...ASSPAIN WOODS

And definitely be aware that you most likely won't get your deposit back no matter how you leave your apartment. I can't tell anyone more that you should not rent here or any of the other Aspen properties. The manager is just out to make money and does not know how to properly run a business. She's in it for herself and not the tenants!
