I lived here approximately for 2 years and the community is decent, and close access to all shopping. Maintenance is also ok. Staff is good. The only disadvantage is they say that security deposit is refundabale but at the end it comes out that non refundable. They will charge for all things, to equal the value of your security deposit. They charge you for things you never heard in any other apartment complex. An example In my case, they charged $100 as a labour to just tie the knot of windows curtain. It takes just a minute to tie the knot for us, but they charged $100. Also is it not expected that when you rent the apartment for 1year or 2 years, there will be some wear and tear and that you have already included in the rent. Why they charge extra?

i had this issue too. was charged over $2000 in fees of things that didn't cost nearly that much. $100 per stain on my carpet. even the ones that were there when i moved in. none of which were bigger than a quarter. i was told there were cat pee stains...in the 2 years i lived there there was never a pet, nevermind a cat, in the apartment. yes, i had the same issue with the blinds...i got fees because they had to dust them or something ridiculous.

I too lost over $2000 when I moved out after 2 years. They refused to do the walk through inspection with me there knowing that I was moving out of the state. I was charged for missing screens, missing blinds, etc...NONE of which was true. They argued that they had photos to prove it yet never sent me the pictures. When they sent me a bill for $465 more, I threatened legal action because the charges were inflated and false...they 'wrote off' the additional money. This is the most disorganized and incompetent place I've ever seen.
