My husband and I lived here for one year; the grounds and apartment were very nice and exactly what we needed. The office and maintenance staff were always prompt and efficient. When we moved I was admittedly worried about losing our security deposit because of the reviews I'd read on this website. We cleaned the place top to bottom and made sure we had a walk-through with the super on the final day of our tenancy and that we received a copy of his report. One month later, we got back every cent of our security deposit without any questions asked. We would live here again in a heartbeat. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

This probably must be from one of the aspen admin folks. We don't have any super or it is not a practice at Aspen to do walk through with the vacating tenant whatsoever. Even if you request one I meant.
