Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
Decent place. Not bad for your money. Heat and hot water is included. But don't count on any sleep. Garbage removal comes at about 5:50AM. Loud enough to wake you if you're anywhere near the dumpsters. Our basement also floods. Management hasn't done anything to deal with either, so i guess that's just part of the price of living here.
