Office is staff is decent but nothing personal or attentive comes from the office. all of that disappeared once I signed the lease. maintenace is decent a little slow and the few items I have had have not been fully repaired on first attmpt. Nothing huge though has gone wrong. Walls are so thin I know WAY too much about the people that around me. The common halls smell and are really dirty. There is always a light or 2 out at any given moment. Thankfully, I am only here for a short term.
The grounds are looking better since spring arrived.They did spruce up by adding some flowers in beds. However... I can't leave it there with out saying the snow removal was a nightmare to put it kindly.
