Ive been here a little over a year and a half, and I totally disagree with the previous post. Gimme a break - this place has gone downhill very fast from when I first moved in. While it has not been all bad - the majority of my experiances have been horrible. They say they "carefully" screen all of the new people that move in- not even close!! I have a drunk on one side that is constantly screaming at his wife and kids, and on the other side I have a neighbor that smokes weed all day--- Try having your young nephew ask you what that "yucky" smell is... it's not a pleasant thing!! Down the hall from me is a trash chute that is clogged and overflowing basically everyday. The hallways have a smell that I can only describe as a cross between human pee, cat pee, and curry Sounds good huh'' Maintenance is ok - they seem to do a good job of upkeeping the apartments, they have always responded when I called. The office staff on the other hand appear to be on Pluto everytime I call or go to check for a package. They cant answer the simplest questions, and are really good with skirting the subject. I will be moving out at the end of this lease and the main reason is the lack of customer service. Although the buildings are really pretty to look at, living here is a whole different story, unfortunatly.
