Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
When I moved into the mills the place was immaculate - freshly painted, very nice landscaping, cordial neighbors & staff, and excellently upkept!! Now it is falling apart - the hallways have an interesting aroma that I can only describe as a cross between urine & curry, the flowers are dying, my neighbors seem to be either hookers or druggie/drunks, and they have a clueless new staff. They advertise this place as LUXURY, but it is far from it. My electric bill this winter hung around the 300-350/per month mark. I am sure it will only get worse. My advice is just to do your homework!!
