1. Hallways are totally FLOODED!!!!! This happens when it rains hard - Just imagine the MOLD this place has!
2. Parking is a joke! It's like a community parking lot for ALL of the mills. People that dont live here, park here, so it leaves no spaces for the paying residents.
3. The office staff changes monthly! You never know who you are going to find down there. Its real comforting knowing that a revolving group of people have access to your SSN and other important personal information.
4. I do agree that they take FOREVER to cash rent checks... Once cashed June's Payment in JULY!!!!!
5. Walls are soooooooo thin, I asked before I moved in if it was soundproof, was given false info.
6. They care soooooo much for their building. Do you know how I know'' Maybe its the 2 broken vending machines in the lower level at the Velvet Mill. The snack machine has been broken for 4 MONTHS. Looks real luxurious with its wires hanging out all over the place, and the door pryed open.
7. Lots of cars broken into. If you value that new car of yours, you better be prepared to guard it with a shotgun 24/7.
8. Lots of shady people have moved in the last 1/2 a year. Lots of drunk college students running the halls.
9. The pool is a joke, looks great in the brochure, but a crapload of hairballs on the bottom, and so much chlorine your eyes burn when you walk in.
10. "Fitness Center" is nothing more than about 5 1980's workout machines. Always broken!!!!!
If THIS is luxury, we must be living in Bangladesh!!
