I dont agree with the previous post. A couple of winters ago MY car was damaged in the garage by leaking water. They havent even swept the garage this year -- it is a dirty, disgusting mess. I have been a resident here for a few years and have never seen the building and grounds looking the way they do right now. Maintenance does the best it can, I dont fault them. Its the higher-uppers who have let this place go to pot. Do I reccommend this place to people seeking an apartment'' The answer is a resounding NO.
