Some good...Some VERY bad.....its a toss up

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
There are some pros and cons about this building -- I have listed them below:
PROS
Close to shopping, schools, highway
Beautiful building
Large apartments
Maintenance very on the ball when it comes to repairs
Cons
Not in the least bit soundproof
Parking really sucks
Office unable to answer even the smallest question
Neighbors are very shady - do they still check references''''
INSIDE of the building not kept up, needs painting etc.
Hold your rent check for weeks at a time
Traffic is a nightmare on Pine Street -- Its like playing chicken to get to the building
Garage doors seem to be broken alot
