4 Weeks to cash a rent check''''!!!!!!

Why does it take them 4 weeks to cash a rent check' I pay my rent on time each and every month - but the office never cashes the check!!! Ive been trying to close out my bank account since the 5th of September. The check I paid rent with is the last outstanding check -- I called the Corporate Office and they informed me that the properties are supposed to go to the bank daily!
ATTENTION KONOVER ..... This so-called Manager you have here is totally NOT on the ball. Why dont you get some real help in here - someone that actually cares about the property and the paying residents you have here!!!!!! I guess because you have so many properties we are supposed to just deal with this non-personal attention- REAL NICE!!
Anyone else that would like to complain can call (860) 570-2000 - it's in the phonebook!!!!
