i have been here for three months and my name is still not in the intercom system!! i call at least once a day and speek to robin, who tells me that she has and will again pass the message to the property manager. but it is still not in there!! i also received a letter that a package was in the office for me to pick up. come to find out it was an important package that sat in the office for almost two months!!! the reason it wasn't delivered to my door TWO MONTHS AGO was because my name wasn't on the intercom system! it is obvious to me an aparently others that the people in the office do not care about the residents here. they just take our money and expect us to put up with their half ass way of managing an apartment complex. i will not be renewing my lease come june and truely i wish someone had pointed me to this web site sooner, because i would not have moved in!
