ALL THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS SEEM LIKE THEY ARE FROM A DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE FROM KONOVER.I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND I LIKE IT HERE. I HEARD THE MAINTENENCE GUY NO LONGER WORKED HERE.HE HAD A GOOD PERSONALITY BUT IT TOOK HIM SEVERAL TIMES TO FIX A PROBLEM IN MY APARTMENT.HE WILL NOT BE MISSED.I HOPE KONOVER FINDS SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE JOB RIGHT.
