Ok here we go......

1. The buildings are very beautiful, there is no denying that. There is alot of history in the area. Yes, I do love my large windows and high ceilings. No, I do not love my outrageous electric bills, drafty windows, and paper thin walls.

2. There is a huge parking lot for my building. Plenty of places to park.... if the people from the other mills dont park there!!! They used to tow people without stickers.....What Happened'''''''''

3. Maintenance has always been good to me, no complaints. But they did hire this guy who likes to stare at your breasts when he talks to you. All the ladies know who I am refering to!! By the way -- Barney is absolutly WONDERFUL!!

4. Office......Hmmmmm. OK. There is a high rate of turnover. When you get used to someone they are gone. It's kind of wierd. I used to like to talk to Joe or William... but now they are gone too. The new manager is very inacessible when you need to speak with her. Very unlike former Managers.

5. Grounds. Very cheaply done this year. Could have been MUCH better.

6. Neighbors. They can be anything from Doctor's to what appears to be homeless alcoholics. I dont get what their screening thing is now. I had to jump through hoops to get approved by Tara. Now it seems much more lax.

7. Construction. FALLING APART. Lots of brick dust, leaking, mildew, etc.

I hope this clears up stuff for all of you. I have let my neighbor know of this site, and you can expect more real reviews. Not from a "disgruntled" Manager, but from people that live here!!
