Not so bad

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I just moved out of Clocktower and out of state. I lived at Clocktower for one year and it really wasn't bad. My only complaints are the following; paper thin walls and floors and the parking wasn't so hot for my end of the building. But I knew what I was getting in to when I moved in. At the time there was a leasing agent by the name of Mirjana that was helpful and straight up about the questions I had. Overall, I enjoyed living there. For Manchester and the Hartford area, it was a good deal for what I paid.
In the last few months I have seen a change in the office staff. When one calls, you never know with whom you are going to speak. I did have some runaround with my moveout inspection, but then I realized I just didn't care. They were never rude to me and took care of any maintenance issues promptly. I was a bit leery of the "temporary hours" and the fact that I never did get a new laundry card on September 10th as they promised. But, on the flip side, nothing is perfect. So, despite the little problems and annoyances, the Clocktower is a good place to be. My advice - suck it up and stop whining. Make a change if you really need it.
