The walls are paper thin - the windows are as drafty as can be - the office staff are rude and dont seem to know what is going on -maintenace is shady - I dont know what the heck happened here in the last year, but this place is no longer the cream of the crop in Manchester. You can get much more for your money elsewhere!! You dont feel appreciated by anyone here, very different than what it was when I moved in.
