Happen to come across this apartment ratings since I'm relocating from Velvet Mill, Yes I live here and would never expect so many unhappy residents to comment. I guess I'm the odd ball since my experiance at Velvet was a good and pleasant experiance that I will charish the rest of my life, WHY' well because of this place I met my husband here and am thankful for this place. I CERTANTLY NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. A GOOD CHOICE FOR ME
SORRY FOR THOSE THAT DIDNT THINK SO...

The fact that you met a boy at this complex has nothing to do with the complex itself or how it is managed. This is an entirely useless review.
