I lived here for 2 years, moved out the in the beginning of 2005. Sure the place looks decent - but enjoy the $300-400.00 electric bills!! Nothing is included in rent!! You get use of a pool that has way too much chlorine in it, and a "fitness" center with broken machines! The hallways have an odor of ''''(Kind of a mix of BO, cat urine, and old cheese) The management is a joke - changes on what seemed to be a monthly basis. No one knows whats going on. The maintenace crew is clueless as all hell - good luck getting things fixed right.

Manchester itself is an ok place - lots of stuff around to do. Close to Hartford & Springfield.
