I had the unfortunate experience of living at the Clocktower Mill!! My electric bill hovered around $300.00 per month (And I know how to conserve energy!!) The staff was a joke - The Manager was rude, the leasing agent thought he was an italian stallion & it took forever to get a work order completed. The pool was shut down frequently, and parking was a nightmare ----unless you dont mind walking in the dark what seems like a few blocks to get to your apartment. God forbid you have company- they will tow them within 5-10 minutes ...no lie! For the amount of money that you spend on this place - you could have a mortgage!
