I've lived here for just under two years now and like everyone-I've had my ups and downs with this place. Maintenance is terrible along with the ever changing staff. Within the past year though, things have gotten better for us with the office-much more cooperative once you put your foot down. In some ways they have even gone out of their way to help us.

Parking is a joke-whether you are inside or out, cars get screwed with on a daily basis.

Noise-theres up and downs. There are times when we can hear the drama stories of the Girls next door, or the guys on the other side singing...and the occasional neighbors alarm clock with the walls being so thin.

As for the renting to criminals, that's not necessarily true. I personally know the person who was charged with the crime. Not a friend but a friend of a friend. He was never charged of a previous crime and ran into some problems that caused him to do this. I'm not defending the person because it was wrong but it's not something the office could have caught on to with no prior background!

Overall, there are definitely ups and downs about this place but its the same everywhere. We actually thought about leaving and after looking at other apts, we haven't seen any that compare to the quality and price we pay now...so most likely, we will stay another year and deal with the occasional problems. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
