If you dont mind drafty windows that let out all of your heat, thin walls that enable you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing, a parking lot that is not lit & is unsafe, a maintenance staff that does not know their a$$ from their elbow, a manager that spends more time smoking than answering qustions, a pool that has soooooo much chlorine in it that you cant breathe, broken exercise equiptment in the "fitness center", mailboxes that dont lock correctly - so that the homeless people that go thru the trash can also get into your mailbox, dirty laundry facilities, car break-ins on a weekly basis, and above all else - the most uncaring management company I have ever seen.....than THIS is the place for YOU!!

For the normal people that expect quality living - I suggest you look elsewhere. I moved to another mill in the area and I couldnt be happier!!
