I actually moved to the area and stared out at Clock Tower. I was told "just go to the historic buildings in Manchester, they're all the same" NOT THE CASE. I had to break my lease at Clock Tower after 5 months because of the clientel they allowed to live there. parties at all hours, drugs, domestic violence, etc. A friend of mine lived at one of the other mills and it was so much better. I ended up spending tons of time there instead of at my own apartment. Management at Clock Tower was totally unresponsive to my complaints and then took all my security and then some because I had to move. I have lived at The ribbon mill now for 2 years without any problems that have not been immediately responded to and resolved. I don't think everything will always be perfect in apartment living, but it's all in the reaction to what concerns you, that is important. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
