just wanted to say i've been here less than a year but office and maintenance have all been so nice and always say hello and goodmorning. i've never had a problem with any staff member and in fact they've solved many of mine. so thank you for the opportunity to live in such a caring place. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

youll soon find out the politics here. the people can't be trusted. them tenants unhappy and no follow through from management. everryone is chasing their tails here. you'll see.

they tell you what you want to hear and never actually do anything. when you are up late at night due to noise - don't think that mgmt cares - they will apologize and do nothing to stop it. i asked for things that were not unreasonable or difficult - they just don't care and are too busy cashing the rent checks (4 weeks late) to respond to anything that really matters. remember those 2AM fire alarms when you were in college? - well, those things happen at Velvet Mills - monthly. wait until you take your trash to the dumpster - and there is a homeless person digging through the trash and thanks you kindly before they rip open your bag and start going through your remnants of last night's dinner. And yes, there are problems at any apartment complex - but this place is compeletly ridiculous. The walls are Saran Wrap painted white. Wait until it snows and you have to leave your muddy boots outside your door - the next morning they will be found at the other end of your hallway. wait until you hear the paperboy at 4AM running up and down the hallways and up and down the stairwells, slamming doors and other such nonsense. The only person who could save this dump is Donald Trump but i don't foresee that happening anytime soon. So, if by some miracle Mr. Trump is reading this please call (860) 646-1303 and help these poor souls we thankfully left behind. If not, there is always the National Guard. Good Luck!
