I have been a resident for 2 years now and lucky, we are leaving this month. Our apartment has been the apartment from hell with 4 water leaks and a tub that broke and took 3 weeks to replace and another 3 weeks and sand and paint. Not impressed with management or maintenance as promises are constantly made and not followed thru. I've even gone to corporate where I have been pushed aside and told they think the property manager has handled the situation professionally!!! Never will I recommend this place unless you are looking for a dorm type atmosphere. If you're looking to pay a good amount of money for a nice apartment, but with a garage door that's ALWAYS broken and maintenance issues NEVER being taken care, this is the place to go. Otherwise, stay away! I can't wait to get out!
