you HAVE TO write positive reviews or management has it taken off the board. if you want the truth, ask the former tenants or the tenants that aren't friends with the office staff. the vacancy rate should tell you something. do your homework and check around.

There are rules to this website, to which you blatantly ignore. You are the person monitoring the website, writing to make yourself feel better. You are the one who writes horrible nasty comments, personally attacking someone just doing their job. You are the one who is quite unhappy with herself. It's obvious who you are. Seriously, maybe you should speak to a therapist. Venting YOUR emotional problems is for a psychiatrists office, not a website board. This site is for informed comments. Positive or negative, it's welcome. Personal attacks and vicious statements are not.

telling me i need a therapist is NOT in your view a personal attack? ask your staff and residents if they think YOUR EMOTIONALLY STABLE! and if you KNEW how to do you job, you wouldn't be so nervous when management shows up or what they'll EVENTUALLY find out! it all comes out in the wash. and i wish you all were just "doing your job" and not behaving irresponibly. why don't we all throw our cards on the table and see what happens? are you up for the challenge?
