Management and Maintenance are awful

I have been a resident since 2001 and until the end of 2005 was very content. Management folks were always nice and easy to work with. Maintenance people were great and knew most residents by name. However in December 04 and January 05 things have changed dramatically. Mainteance is less than adequate. The cleaning crew for daily maintenance stinks and let's not get started on the management staff. Lets' put it this way I have never met a more nasty, lazy and unconcerned mangement team. They are awful. I have no intention of renewing my lease, nor has the five apartment dwellers who I have developed close friendships with. They have all left within the last 60-days and interestingly all apartments remain empty!

I have seen nothing but IMPROVEMENTS in the past couple of years. I too, completely disagree. I'm sorry that you had a bad experience.
