Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I stayed here for one year while in college and I have ony had a few significant problems. The fire alarm going off randomly throughout the year is a bother when its 40 degrees out. Kids having a party in the courtyard was obnoxious on a saturday night at 3am. I called the 24hour help line and they just told me to call the police. The walls or bad and your can hear everything in the next room and the courtyard.
The people here keep to themselves and the indoor heated swimming pool and raquetball court are in good shape. The workout room has seen better days.
Management is good at getting back to you and they always have cookies. When I moved out they did not nickel and dime me with cleaning the apartment.
