I have been her for almost 2 years... Thought that they were nice but get ready! You can hear your neighbor snoring and even in the shower. OMG just think of what else you can hear! Management are useless, they don't care about the cleanliness of the facility and they look at it that they do not live here! They offer you a discount of rent if you sign of 13 months or 2 years but did you know that there are tenants living here paying almost $200 less a month for the same type of apartment! Bottom line is that management does not care, they rent to anyone they can and mix people up. You could have a family of 1 or family of 4 next to you whether you have children or not! Management is the most useless individuals ever seen and nothing gets done and they just don't care


Bottom line is you get what you pay for!

You are an idiot. Its an apartment. If a family with kids wants to move in and the open unit is next to you then hello new neighbors. If you don't want to deal with any of what you just listed then rent a house. Crybaby
