Lived there from 2000 to 2003 and I had a blast. Moved for two reasons. I bought a house and I needed a bigger place. I had a two bedroom apartment on a second floor for $750. In three years the rent only increase $30 bucks from $720 to $750. The parking lot was sometimes inadequate, specially for visitors since tenants usually take visitors parking spaces and visitors get towed if parked in tenants spaces, it happend to two friends of mine ... :( Overall it is a GREAT place to rent.
