I am currently living at Fountain Village and am not happy at all. For the amount of money I pay for rent it is definitely not worth it. The people in the rental office are very rude and unwilling to help with anything. We had a visitor who had never been to the complex before and arrived while we were still at work. This person had no idea where they were allowed to park and ended up parking in the wrong lot. After moving the vehicle to the correct lot, where visitors are allowed, the car was towed anyway. The next day we tried to talk to the people in the rental office about this and they flat out told us it was our problem, too bad. We proceeded to tell them that we moved the car to the correct lot, there was no reason for it to be towed. They told us there were signs indicating where it should be parked, which of course we checked the night the car was taken and there were signs up that were so old you couldn't read anything they said. Low and behold the day we complained they put up brand new sings! Unbelievable!

FIRST OFF THIS PERSON SHOULD HAVE TOLD THERE FRIEND WHERE TO PARK IF THEY KNEW OF TOW PROBS. THEN MAKE SURE THE ->'S ARE POINTING IN THE VISITOR SPOTS. NEXT FOUNTAIN VILLAGE HAS NO SAY IN TOWING THAT GOES THRU A DIF. COMP. TRY TALKING TO THEM THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT CAN HELP YOU WITH THAT. SORRY FOR THE BAD EXP.
