For some reasons, there are a lot of ------- live here, brining an unpleasant cooking smell. This apartment is about 30 old and most of the appliances are very old. The wall seems very thin, thus you can hear your neighbors and they can hear you also.
I will only live in upstair unit in this apartment if possible.
The parking is just enough.
