awful place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I live here since late 2003 at first it seem a great place to live but every year the quality of the apartment when down. The appliances are old, at least 30 years old. The maintanence, way far from good, it take forever for them to come when you have problem. When is winter, they don't clean the snow. Lately they let everyone move in,so it's no longer belong to manchester, it's belong to east hartford now. I can't wait to move out in few months
