We had a very bad experience - We lived in the same apartment for 9 years. However there was hardly any maintenance done whatsoever by the owners. Still when we finally moved, they witheld all of our security deposit claiming that was to recover for damages that we had done. That was totally ridiculous considering the fact that all the appliances and the kitchen cabinets etc were already in an old, dilapidated condition when we moved in. Unfortunately for us, we did not have any moving in pictures with us that we could use to fight a legal suit against them. That was totally unfair and sheer injustice as we had kept our apartment totally neat and clean. And they still not only held all of our security deposit they asked us to pay $200 additionally! Many of the previous tenants had warned us about this but we didn't realize how bad they were until we experienced this ourselves!
They do this to most of the tenants - we have heard the same story from other friends who lived there. --This is sheer harassment since most first time tenants when they first move in if they are anything like us , are not really smart to demand a move-in inspection and take move in pictures etc. And that's where they get you. Because when you are ready to leave they claim that they had all their appliances and cabinets in good condition and the poor tenants cannot prove anything and hence have to give in and lose all their deposit!

They take so much time to do even critical repairs like washer and dryer repairs, leakages etc. During Winter, they never clean the snow in the internal roads and the parking lots which creates a big problem for people to get out to work.

They once towed away our car from our own assigned parking space only becos the parking tag had dropped down.(It was still inside the car) and we had to pay $100 fine plus travel to the towing company to get our own car back!

ANd to top it all, the office staff, especially the manager is really very very rude!
I will not recommend this place to anyone because they take advantage of innocent tenants!
