I lived there for 6 months: Here are my views:
1 - Good Apartments
2 - Management is Strict (Sometimes a bit adamant) - But then they are good with
you if you are good and follow the rules.
3 - The apartments are old and the appliances are older.. So yes. that is a problem.
4 - I did not live there during winter and so cannot comment on the insulation.
5 - The environment is cool and calm. Good for families. Very beautiful in Spring
They returned my deposit on time. They were also helpful later on when I needed copies of my rent receipts. So I would say they are good.
The best part is: For the rates, the facilities, the location.. it is worth the money.
