They took away half of my security deposit claiming they need to repaint the apt. There was no stains on the wall or something, it is just a wear and tear routine maintenance they need to do every and each time they have an empty apt! they also towed my car from my own assigned parking space because they wanted to fix and repair the paved driveway with a very short notice. Also and the best of all is that one of their maintenance guys (----) scratched with his keys my car and they always drink on Fridays in the garage and make noise with their trucks spinning the wheels etc... I will never rent an apt there.
