I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They are so strict that they make you pay for extra water (you pay it yourself as it is) to have a goldfish! You are not allowed to have a real or fake Christmas tree, you are not allowed to have a bird, hampster, or anything other than a cat which you have to pay an extra $15 a month for. On top of that, they raise your rent every year you stay there. The rental office pretends to be caring but you can complain as much as you want and nothing is done. Someone in our building is in a band and play until all hours of the night. Even though this is against the lease, they do nothing that they said they would. Cars get broken into and the cops are here almost weekly every summer chasing or trying to track down someone who has fled. The apartments are decent size, but the restrictions are not worth it nor is the rent. They say in the brochure that they have a fitness center, yet when we moved in they told us it was closed down (it is still in the brochure from almost two years ago). The deposit was ridiculous! There is one assigned parking spot but the rest is a free for all and they don't enforce it when someone else parks in your spot or in an illegal spot that doesn't allow you to get out of the parking lot. The walls are so thin, I will not even begin to tell you the things I have heard from my neighbors.
Not a good place for kids.

This is my original post and I have to say that things only got worse from there. Not long after that post the complex was bought by another management company (Northland Investment Corporation) and they were horrendous! Plowing wasn't done when it should have been, I actually fell in the parking lot in the winter because of the plowing job being so bad. Also, they do not enforce rules, there was a heavy smoker in the apartment downstairs and the smoke was so bad it drifted into my apartment, even colored the ceilings! I complained numerous times with nothing. Also, the band got louder and louder and I complained many times, again they said they would take care of it and they did not. The office staff is rude and condescending and Northland does not appear to be any better. The rent continues to rise and they take things away. Recently they decided that once your air conditioner (that they provide) fails, they will not replace it. That is something that brought us to this complex and now they are taking that away but raising the rent??!? Why did we stay here? The timing was not right for us to leave, we had to keep signing a new lease. FINALLY, in April 2005, we purchased our own home, we had to leave, we just could not live like that anymore. Not to mention that this area of Manchester is getting really, really bad. I was constantly scared to walk out to my car alone. The neighbors kept getting worse and nobody cares. That place has gone to the toilet. Please don't move there, you will be very upset, disappointed and stuck, just like we were. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

On apartment guide - it lists the management as Taymil Partners - I highly WOULD STAY AWAY from any properties they manage. At Parkview Apt in Bristol - they have a VERY serious BAT infestation and other animals living inbetween your walls!! Several complaints later - nothingis still is being done.Had to call the health department to investigate.
