I've been here for 4 months and everything that could have gone wrong has. I had flooding in the basement: was told I would have to deal with it myself, black mold through out the apartment: nothing done there, exploding foaming dishwasher: was replaced with a very old dishwasher that is decaying, rusing and falling apart. After the first snow storm no plowing or snow removal occured until late the night after the storm and then just to add insult to injury my only assigned parking spot was plowed up with snow.
