This used to be a decent complex. It has turned into a haven for wild college parties, unruly children and their parents. The windows are drafty, little to no heat in winter, you'll pay through the nose in summer for a/c, and some idiotic landscapers mow dirt when there is no grass, During winter, there is the worst snow removal we've ever seen. An attempt has been made for one railing per stairway. Why' People are getting seriously hurt. And..they keep changing their policies without warning.
The owners are based out of Texas and must assume New Englanders are having the same weather as Texas. Former tenant.
